Senator Vincent J. Polistina
Vince Polistina is a lifelong resident of Atlantic County. He attended Galloway Township public schools and Absegami High School before graduating from Rutgers University where he earned his degree in Bio-Environmental Engineering.
Polistina specializes in the design and construction management of water and wastewater systems, and proudly serves communities across Atlantic County as their municipal engineer, utility engineer, or municipal planner.
In 2003, Vince launched Polistina & Associates, where he now employs more than a dozen local residents at his Egg Harbor Township office.
Polistina previously served in the New Jersey General Assembly from 2008 through 2011. During that time, he served as Deputy Republican Leader and sponsored legislation aimed at growing South Jersey’s economy, improving affordability for working families and retirees, and establishing a Tourism District in Atlantic City to improve public safety and economic opportunity. Polistina has been serving in the State Senate since November, 2021 where he continues to fight for the hardworking middle class families and retirees of Atlantic County. Senator Polistina acts as the Deputy Conference Leader for the Senate Republican Caucus and is a member of the both the Labor and State Government, Wagering, Tourism and Historic Preservation Committees.
Polistina resides in Egg Harbor Township with his wife Carolyn and their 3 sons Vincent, Dominic and Cole.

Dr. Kimberly Besuden
From a champion athlete to a Doctor of Champions, Dr. Kimberly Besuden brings twenty-five years of skilled alternative health care to the training table. She combines her passion for wellness by bringing balance in the way of Chiropractic, fitness, and nutrition. Her motto: If you don’t take care of your body, where will you live…..!
Dr. Besuden completed her Chiropractic education and training at Life University in Marietta, GA in 1994. The “Clinician of the Year” was awarded to her at graduation. She is also a 1982 graduate of Purdue University. She was trained as an educator and taught in OCPS in the mid 80’s. She continued her passion of wellness by creating a personal training company called Ultimate Fitness.
Now, in a successful private practice as a Chiropractic Physician and Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner, she promotes wellness to her patients with the “Practice what you preach” model. As an author and frequent radio guest and contributor to magazines, newsletters and online journals she has insights, education and specific life and wellness tools to share with audiences of all types. She is a national speaker for corporations and teaches continuing education to doctors.
Dr. Brandon Brock
Dr. Brandon Brock is a practitioner in Dallas, Texas, who holds a Doctorate in Family Nursing Practice and an orthopedics specialty degree from Duke University. He has a Diplomate in Functional Neurology, Nutrition, Conventional Medicine, and Integrated Medicine as well. He holds Fellowship status in Childhood Disorders, Neurology, Electrodiagnostic Medicine, Neurochemistry. Dr. Brock is also a Global Clinical Research Scholar from Harvard Medical School. He is a candidate for a Ph.D. and will be defending his thesis defense in the next year.
In Dallas, Texas, he serves as chief clinician at Carpathia Collaborative. He enjoys teaching and providing educational support to facilitate learning for multiple groups and agencies. This includes topics that ranges from nutrition and regenerative medicine to pharmacology and governmental policy. His unique blend of clinical and teaching experience along with a background in medicine, neurology and nutrition has created a unique and integrated clinical background that has helped him treat difficult cases and offers comprehensive angles on education and clinical presentations.
Dr. David Graber

Dr. David Graber is a nationally-known presenter on chiropractic technique and has developed over 20 post-graduate courses for chiropractic physicians. He is also a member of the ANJC Board of Directors and maintains a private practice in Parsippany, NJ.
Dr. Cindy M. Howard
Dr. Cindy M. Howard is a Board Certified Chiropractic Internist and Nutritionist in private practice and the owner of Innovative Health & Wellness Center in Orland Park, Illinois and also holds a license in the state of Florida. She owns DC Consulting, assisting private practices in improving their communication skills and improving patient adherence while building a better functional medicine and nutritional practice.
For the last 12 years, she has served as the Illinois delegate for the American Chiropractic Association and as the alternate for 6 years before that. She was the ACA recipient of the Flynn/Lynch Award in 2015 for outstanding service.
She is a past president of the ACA Council on Diagnosis and Internal Disorders and currently serves as the Vice President of the College of Pharmacology and Toxicology. She also serves on the medical advisory board for Fullscript and the Functional Medicine University and is the chief medical officer for Inguardia Health. Dr. Howard is an associate editor of The Original Internist and a regular contributor to the Illinois Chiropractic Society online newsletter.
She speaks nationally, presenting on Pre and Post Post-Concussion Nutrition, Headaches, Sexual Health, Male and Female Pelvic Disorders, GI Disorders, Nutritional Blood Analysis Interpretation, and Genetics.
In 2020, Dr. Cindy Howard was awarded Chiropractor of the Year by the Illinois Chiropractic Society. Her first book, Positively Altered, has been available on Amazon since September 2023.
David Klein

David Klein is the co-founder of PayDC, a web-based practice management EHR system that focuses on keeping Providers compliant and getting Providers paid. He is a certified professional coder and certified medical auditor through the American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC), and is certified in healthcare compliance through the Health Care Compliance Board (HCCB). His expertise in coding and compliance consulting stretches over twenty-six years in the healthcare arena.
He is also the Founder and President of DK Coding & Compliance, Inc. a health care consulting firm that focuses on audit defense, education, compliance and reimbursement issues.
Dr. Karen Konarski-Hart
Witnessing an emergency and being unable to respond is heartbreaking. If the lack of response is due to a doctor’s lack of confidence of his or her skills, it is a tragedy. Luckily, doctors can refresh their training and update their education by attending Dr. Karen Konarski-Hart’s program. She presents an energy-packed seminar on DC community involvement and cross-training, urging doctors of chiropractic to volunteer in their communities—especially with disaster response.
Doctors leave this program with straightforward tips on how to get involved and how to work seamlessly with all disciplines. This course covers the skills recommended in the American Chiropractic Association’s resolution on chiropractic emergency service. It is also customized to the needs and interests of the attendees and to the probable situations in the state or region of those attendees. Information gained is applicable both to personal home emergencies and team participation in disasters.
Dr. Konarski-Hart earned diplomate status in chiropractic orthopedics from Parker College of Chiropractic, a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the National College of Chiropractic, and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Michigan. She holds a Master’s Degree in Disaster Preparedness and Emergency Management from Arkansas State University. She has practiced since 1979 in Little Rock, Ark., was a governor’s appointee to the Arkansas Board of Health and served as its president. She has served on the Arkansas Bioterrorism Advisory Committee, is a physician on the Arkansas Emergency Medical Service Training Committee and is a leader of the Pulaski County Medical Reserve Corps.
Dr. Konarski-Hart is a member of the AR1-Disaster Medical Assistance Team and was one of only 35 U.S. DMAT members trained at “Consequence Island 2001” at the Weapons of Mass Destruction Conference in Puerto Rico. She has participated in “Quake 97” and “Quake 99” training and is a certified trainer-emergency responder nuclear, biological, and chemical technician (U.S. National Domestic Preparedness Program). She is a national- and state-certified EMT, an American Heart Association certified instructor, and has trained in Red Cross Mass Care and Disaster Services. She holds many specialized certificates in emergency care and disaster relief such as Stop The Bleed and Critical Incident Stress Management.
Dr. Konarski-Hart is past president of the Arkansas Chiropractic Association. She was a Councilor on the Council on Chiropractic Education. She was state delegate to the American Chiropractic Association and has received their Delegate of the Year and Humanitarian of the Year awards. She currently serves on their Board of Governors as vice president of the ACA.
Saleem Musallam
Mr. Musallam began his career working for a Fortune 100 company and a mid-size medical device organization prior to founding Excite Medical.
He is a healthcare entrepreneur who has traveled across the United States and to over 50 foreign countries, providing training and sharing his company’s non-surgical spinal decompression equipment. As a result, Excite Medical’s technologies are utilized in over 1,000 healthcare centers in the U.S. alone and have treated over a million patients suffering from herniated/bulging discs and degenerative disc disease. Mr. Musallam possesses a strong passion for bringing awareness of validated alternative medicine options to the traditional medical community. This passion has led him to pursue a graduate degree in Healthcare Systems Engineering at Johns Hopkins University, where he is currently enrolled.
Additionally, Mr. Musallam is a member of the American Public Health Association & American Society for Healthcare Engineering, amongst other notable organizations.

Dr. Terry Yochum
DACBR, Fellow, ACCR, FICC
Dr. Terry R. Yochum is a second-generation chiropractor and a cum laude graduate of the National College of Chiropractic, where he subsequently completed his radiology specialty. He is a member of the Sigma Chi Fraternity (1967). He is a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Radiology and served as its Vice-President and President for seven years (1983-1990).
Dr. Yochum is currently Director of the Rocky Mountain Chiropractic Radiological Center in Denver, Colorado, and an Adjunct Professor of Radiology at the Southern California University of Health Sciences (formerly LACC).
On September 27, 1996 Dr. Yochum was bestowed the honor of “Fellow” by the American Chiropractic College of Radiology (ACCR). He is the youngest recipient ever to receive this award, which has only been given to eight DACBR’s since the inception of the ACCR in 1958. The title of Fellow is the highest honor awarded to any member of the ACCR for distinguished service and contributions in the advancement of chiropractic radiology. Dr. Yochum was also honored with an appointment to the Department of Radiology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine as a skeletal radiologist, where he has been on staff since January of 1991. In June of 1991, 1993, 1996, 1997, 1999, 2001, 2003, 2004 and 2006 he was unanimously voted “Best Faculty Radiology Instructor of the Year” by the 40 radiology residents at this university. He is the only person ever to have won this award nine times. Dr Yochum is the recipient of the “Dr. Monte Greenawalt Chiropractic Excellence Award,” presented in Las Vegas, Nevada, in February 2003, Dr. Yochum was voted the co-chiropractor of the year (2006) in his home state of Colorado.
Dr. Yochum has been inducted into 4 Hall Of Fames. In 1998 – The St. Louis Amateur Baseball Hall of Fame: 2010 – The National College of Chiropractic Hall of Honor; 2011 – The National Fraternity – Sigma Chi Hall of Fame – given the designation of “Significant Sig; 2014 – Inducted into Cleveland High School Hall of Fame, St. Louis – where both he and his father attended high school.
Dr. Yochum has presented over 1,500 lectures worldwide. He has had over 250 scientific articles published in both the chiropractic and medical literature. The first edition of Dr. Yochum’s text, “Essentials of Skeletal Radiology,” is a benchmark publication for the profession. This textbook sold over 100,000 copies since 1987. It is the required text in radiology at all 40 chiropractic colleges worldwide and is being used in over 100 medical schools around the world. The third edition of Dr. Yochum’s text was released in 2005 and has expanded to 2,000 pages with a new chapter entitled “Masqueraders of Musculoskeletal Disease”.
