Full Professor and Head of a Basic Science Department at Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich Member of the Clinical Sciences & Research Committee of the International Society of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine (ISPRM)

Prof. Christoph Schmitz, MD, is Full Professor and Head of a Basic Science Department at Ludwig-Maximilians University of Munich. A leading researcher in radial extracorporeal shock wave therapy (rESWT), he has authored numerous peer-reviewed studies on non-surgical pain solutions and neuromuscular rehabilitation. Formerly Vice President at EMS Medical Systems and a tenured professor in the Netherlands, Dr. Schmitz also serves on the Clinical Sciences & Research Committee of ISPRM. He holds a Venia legendi in Anatomy and earned his MD from RWTH Aachen University. His interdisciplinary work bridges clinical application with foundational science in rehabilitation medicine.

Dr. Morgan is a multi-award-winning chiropractor recognized for exceptional professionalism, leadership, and a deep commitment to clinical excellence. Known for unwavering moral integrity and a dedication to the highest standards of patient care, Dr. Morgan continues to pursue advanced education to enhance the diagnosis and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal (NMSK) conditions.

With a Master’s degree in Sport and Exercise Medicine, Dr. Morgan brings a strong understanding of multidisciplinary care, having studied and collaborated with physiotherapists, osteopaths, and medical doctors. This academic foundation has been applied in elite sports settings, including roles with The Southern Kings, Scarlets Rugby, and Gloucester Rugby, where he has contributed to player care and recovery within high-performance teams.
