Executive Leadership Update: Introducing New ANJC Board Members

Jan 5, 2025 | ANJC News & Updates

From Suzanne Corson, ANJC Executive Director

Dear ANJC Members,

As we welcome 2025 and step into a new year, the ANJC Board of Directors, Committees, Headquarters Staff, and a team of consultants are committed to pushing change and progress for our profession—specifically increasing reimbursement.

We have a history of legislative and legal accomplishments which have put more money into the hands of members and chiropractors throughout the state.

On November 4, our state will elect a new governor and vote on all 80 seats in the State Assembly. We recognize the many opportunities this will provide to connect with legislators, educate them on the benefits of chiropractic care, help them understand how reimbursement challenges affect our members, and push to ensure our members are compensated at parity with other medical professions.

We need our members to get involved and support these efforts. Share connections with legislators, join an ANJC Committee, and contribute to the PAC. The ANJC PAC drives these conversations, and engagement and support from our members is imperative.

Our 2025 ANJC Annual Conference will provide another opportunity for our organization. Member attendance and engagement at the two-day conference is our time to share and collect input and guidance on what challenges and opportunities are being faced as individual practitioners and the profession as a whole. Your feedback is crucial to helping us understand what you need, want, and expect from our organization. Our Continuing Education and Conference Planning Committees have created an expanded agenda with choices on class content, offering 15 credits total, half of what is required for the licensing period ending on August 31. It promises to be an exciting conference and one not to be missed.

As always, I am always available by phone, email, or for a cup of coffee. Please reach out at any time to share ideas and feedback.

Sending my best,

Suzanne Corson
