Bill introduced to provide a Medicare payment increase in 2025

The American Chiropractic Association put its support behind The Medicare Patient Access and Practice Stabilization Act of 2024 (H.R. 10073). Introduced by Reps. Greg Murphy (R-NC) and Jimmy Panetta (D-CA), the bill would entirely stop the proposed 2025 Medicare physician payment cut and provide an update equal to half of the Medicare Economic Index. The ANJC will continue to monitor and update membership.
