Answer multi line phone calls and respond to voicemail messages. Read and respond to email correspondence.
· Insurance verification, payment collections
· Scheduling patient appointments for the New York and New Jersey locations using Chirotouch Scheduler. (2 office locations, 2 doctors schedules)
· Reviewing of SOAP notes, treatment plans, balances for the next day’s schedule, Confirmations for upcoming appointments.
· Following up on Radiology
· Assist the doctor
· Open and/or close office
Experience in a Medical Office, Chiropractic Office, Physical Therapy office, knowledge of SOAP notes/Clinical Notes/Medical Records a plus, QuickBooks/Bookkeeping experience a plus
