Chronic inflammation is known to cause most chronic conditions. A lack of sleep, stress, sedentary living, and a pro-inflammatory diet are the primary causes. The dietary and supplement factors to be discussed in this program apply to a wide variety of conditions, including disc herniation, osteoarthritis, migraine headaches, and autism. Doctors will be able to apply this information in practice the next day.
